Affiliate Terms
ASLGames.ca Affiliate Terms
Last updated: July 3, 2026. These terms explain how ambassador referrals, disclosures, commissions, tracking, review, and payouts work.
Current Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn 50% of the subscriber’s first successful payment, then 15% of qualified monthly renewals for up to 11 additional months, for a maximum 12-month commission window per subscriber.
- Commissions only apply to real, qualified, non-fraudulent subscribers.
- Minimum payout threshold: $25.
Required Disclosure
Every public affiliate post, caption, video description, flyer, email, or message must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship near the referral link or creator code.
Required wording: I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my ASLGames.ca link.
Tracking and Eligibility
ASLGames.ca may track referral clicks, QR scans, registrations, paid conversions, successful Stripe payments, chargebacks, commission status, and payout eligibility. Tracking can use referral links, creator codes, Stripe metadata, Firebase account records, and webhook events.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, suspicious or fake traffic, misleading promotion, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or technical tracking errors may be held, adjusted, or voided.
Payments and Review
Commission balances are reviewed before payout. A commission can stay pending while ASLGames.ca checks payment status, chargebacks, fraud signals, and account eligibility. Reversed payments can reverse or hold related commissions.
No Guarantee
Affiliate income and program duration are not guaranteed. ASLGames.ca may change, pause, suspend, or terminate the program or an individual affiliate arrangement at any time for business, legal, compliance, platform, fraud-prevention, or misuse reasons.
