By using ASL Games, you agree to use the website, games, practice videos, and digital resources for lawful learning, review, accessibility awareness, and educational support.
Educational Purpose
ASL Games is a practice companion for American Sign Language learners. It does not replace instruction from qualified ASL teachers, Deaf educators, interpreters, Deaf creators, or real community learning experiences. Learners should expect regional, cultural, and contextual sign variation.
Accounts and Public Names
Some features require an account so progress, membership, leaderboards, and access can work. You are responsible for using accurate sign-in information and choosing an appropriate public leaderboard name. Do not impersonate another person or use hateful, harassing, or offensive names.
Free and Paid Access
ASL Games may offer free ad-supported access, paid recurring supporter access, school licensing, printable digital products, and font licenses. Paid access is intended to remove ads and support ongoing creation, hosting, accessibility improvements, and new educational resources.
Affiliate and Ambassador Terms
The ASLGames.ca Ambassador Program, including any referral, commission, promotional, or recurring-income arrangement, has no guaranteed length unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Current public affiliate structure: affiliates earn 50% of the subscriber’s first successful payment, then 15% of qualified monthly renewals for up to 11 additional months, for a maximum 12-month commission window per subscriber. Commissions apply only to real, qualified, non-fraudulent subscribers and payout begins after the $25 minimum threshold. Affiliates must clearly disclose: "I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my ASLGames.ca link." ASLGames.ca may track referral clicks, registrations, paid conversions, chargebacks, and payout eligibility, and may hold or void self-referrals, suspicious traffic, fake accounts, chargebacks, or fraud. Digital Products and Licenses
Printable PDFs, posters, flashcards, word searches, fonts, and digital resources are licensed, not sold for unrestricted redistribution. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, users may not resell, upload, share, redistribute, or claim ASL Games artwork, fonts, PDFs, videos, game assets, or software as their own.
Digital Gift Cards
ASLGames.ca digital gift cards are delivered by email as gift card codes. Gift cards may be used toward ASLGames.ca memberships, printable learning resources, font licenses, or approved digital resources. Gift cards have no cash value, are not bank cards, and may not be resold without written permission. If a code needs help being applied, contact support with the purchaser email and Stripe receipt.
Original Work and Copyright
The site design, software, practice flow, games, artwork, font samples, printables, and ASLgames.ca branding are original ART EKA works. You may use the site for personal learning and classroom-friendly practice, but copying or republishing the site or assets without permission is not allowed.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, misuse ad placements or access systems, attack, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the site. Do not upload or send unlawful, harmful, hateful, or privacy-invasive content through contact forms, account systems, or connected services.
Changes and Availability
ASL Games may change pages, prices, access rules, features, digital products, and learning content over time. We work to keep the site useful and accessible, but no website can guarantee uninterrupted access on every browser, device, or network.
